Confined acquifer:
An aquifer which is sandwiched between two layers of less permeavle material is called confined aquifer.
Unconfined acquifer:
Aquifers having water table in it is called unconfined aquifer.
A confined aquifer is an aquifer that is bounded above and below by impermeable layer.unconfined aquifer is a type of aquifer in which the upper surface is not bounded by a confining stratum
The common misconception is that the difference between a shallow well and a deep well is the depth to which you dig to hit water. While this may be true in some cases, this isn't the basis of classification. A shallow well is one where the primary source of water is an unconfined aquifer and a deep well is one which is fueled by a confined aquifer.
difference between cro and powerscope?
There is no difference between the two products.

The difference in compressive strength is due to the difference between the modulus of elasticity of concrete and that of the steel which is used to apply the compressive force on the concrete. The pressure applies a lateral confinement pressure which is equal to d/3 meaning that for the cylinder, 2d/3 is confined leaving d/3 unconfined whereas for the cylinder 2d/3 is confined means all of the cube is confined. This leads to the cube having a higher compressive strength that the cylinder. For more information, try to read about the triaxial test and the effect of confinement on the compressive strength of soil samples.
dammed lakes are lakes and aquifers are aquifers
An aqueduct delivers water from one place to another by a pipe dug under the ground, while a n aquifer is a layer of rocks underground.

The difference between chebyshev and inverse chebyshev apprroximation is that the ripple of the Inverse Chebyshev filter is confined to the stop-band.

There really is no practical difference. The water table is what you are able to access, through a well, distance to water. The aquifer is the geologic formation that you are accessing. Like the Edwards or Ogalla, one is practical, the other is geologic.
