A continent is what floats on top of the plate. There are continental and oceanic plates. The continents float on the continental plate and the ocean sits on the oceanic plate. But there are also plates that carry both continents and oceans. The plates are what causes continental drift. So basically plates are what carry the continents and oceans.
a continent is made up of countries
The difference between a continent and a island is that continents sit on their own continental lithosphere and islands do not. Greenland is the largest island and Australia is the smallest continent.
The continent is a large land mass which is independent in nature , where as the contry is the continent biengs divided into unequal landmasses.
The continent that sits on top of the Arabian plate is Asia. The Arabian plate consists mostly of the Arabian peninsula.
Usually there are many countries comprising a continent, however, that is not true of Australia. However the fundamental difference is that a continent is a geological/physical geographical entity while a country is a geopolitical entity.
"What is the difference between single plate clutch and multi plate clutch?"

Convergent plate boundaries are responsible for mountain building. Continent-to-continent boundaries build mountains like the Himalayas. Continent-to-ocean boundaries build mountains like the Cascades. The difference is that continent-to-continent convergent boundaries do not produce volcanoes.
its called don't be lazY
South America.
The Pacific Plate does not carry a continent.
lithosphere is something that is under a plate. plate is the thing continents are on.

I can't give you a continent to continent but I can give you tectonic plate to tectonic plate. The Indian-Australian Plate is colliding with the Eurasian plate to form the Himalayan Mountains.
