Looks like they are the Police models: http://cgi.liquidation.com/auction/view?id=1912812 When I looked at one in the dealership, a couple of cautions: Sincle saddle is installed. The dealer cautioned that the tires were only rated for a single rider? Some of the wiring was modified for the police lighting, but all the lights were removed. Another friend said that some were lease-fleet thru HD to police departments, and the dealers had a limited quota number which they could get after lease return. The same guy said they were generally good deals - unless they came from the Police rider's training school, which were rode hard ! The flhtp is a cop bike. Do not buy a used cop bike as the cops really beat the hell out of them . they have low miles but they are overheated regularly and really abused. the difference is the saddle, tires and wiring. If you can buy a new one they are pretty cool bikes.
