no no if you are just hanging out as FRIENDS then you do NOT "LIKE"the other person there for you would have no reason to make out. if you are more than friends ''together" then you make out, so you my friend need to make sure that you like this person and are in a relationship with this person. ∙ 14y agoMostly a matter of perspective. To the man it's a date if it's him and the opposite sex having dinner or doing anything else. To the woman, it's a date if she is interested in him before, during or after. If at any point she was, is or will not be, then they were just hanging out!
