Mental refers to the hardware of the brain, and often refers to the ability to think. Emotional is related to feelings and motivations.
Emotions are intense feelings that are directed at someone or something.
They are reactions, not a trait.
1. Moods are feelings that tend to be less intense than emotions and which
lack a contextual stimulus. They are not directed at an object.
2. Emotions can turn into moods when you lose focus on the contextual object.
Feeling:
Feeling is observation of tone skeletal muscles. Our reaction to changes in the external world are species specific even though we can modify it to some extent.
Thus, whenever we see food, the opposite sex or a wild animal what is to be done is predetermined. This response runs in the USM as an isometric movement. This isometric movement is what we call feeling.
Unified Skeletal Muscle is a physiological state in which all the skeletal muscles isometrically contract and relax as a single unit. Thus, it has the shape of our body. In the USM we can just feel movements and no visible movement can occur.
Under ideal conditions our reaction would be a reflex action with no feeling at all.
Thinking is also a kind of feeling.
Emotions:
Emotions are scales to measure the worth of feeling.
Every feeling induces change in the tone of the USM. This change is what we call emotion. By comparing the emotions induced by two feelings we can compare them.
In emotions along with the USM there is isometric contraction of a pair of muscles of facial expression.
Emotions too are feelings. However, in a feeling all the skeletal muscles of the body have different tones while in emotions they have the same tone.
There are two basic emotions,
1. Sensory emotion:
This is made of two opposing elements viz. pleasure and displeasure
2. Motor emotion:
This too is made of two opposing elements viz. fear and anger.
Motivation is your drive to do something, motivation can be emotional, but it is not the same thing.
Emotion is a broad term used to describe feelings of anger, happiness, sorrow and fear etc.
Motivation is to want to do something, to be driven by an interest, but emotions are feelings you get like love, joy, sadness, ect.
Mental refers to the hardware of the brain, and often refers to the ability to think. Emotional is related to feelings and motivations.
emotion= lovee and you flirt e.c.t

Human intellect is emotional.Emotion causes motivation and also its behavioral pattern. Also emotion stands in between motivation and its behavior.
They both are strong emotional forces
moral is diffrent than motivation :)
The relationship between motivation and emotion is directly proportional. When one is highly motivated, the emotions will also be triggered to excitement and the vice versa is true.

Motivation is what gets you going. Influence is what makes you go in a particular directtion.
Motivation is a word used to describe the want or need to do something. The word emotion means the acts or feelings after something happens.
Theres no difference
In motivation theory, unconscious motivation refers to desire, urges, and intentions that a person is not aware of. Conscious motivation is the desire, urges, and intentions that a person is fully aware of.
Love is a feeling (emotion) gender is what sex a person is
Motivation is the external impulse that inspires the will to perform something. Competency is the innate skill and ability to actually perform it properly.
