Moving:

Moving a file MOVES that file to another location, while copying creates another copy of the file to the new location and your original file remains at its original location. It is just like you take a file from your cabinet and place it in another one. It is Moving.

Copying:

you take a file, get a copy of it, place the original at its original place and the copy of that document to another location. it is Copying.

when copying a file two of that same file exist but when moving a file to a folder the orginal one is delected only the duplicate exist in the current folder it was move to

When you copy a file/folder, it will still remain in the place where you copied it from, when you move a file/folder it will be removed from the place that you moved it from.
