Psychopaths don't care about what they do and are deceiving! Paranoid Schizophrenics don't know the difference between reality and fiction! Although there are similarities between some Psychopaths that kill people and some Paranoid Schizophrenics say someone or something told him as a hallucinatory delusion to kill a person and he or she does it! Not to confuse Paranoid Schizophrenics with Psychopaths who could easily harm Paranoid Schizophrenics by deceiving them and or using Sonic Weapons to make them have feeling of intense paranoia, discomfort, disorientation, nausea and other undesirable effects! Sonic Weapons are mostly used to keep the peace at events and for experimental purposes! Government research is currently investigating the weapons potential and may soon classify these devices! Overall a Psychopath is a individual that does not care what is he or she is doing to anyone and or family and friends as long as they can do what they want or hurt people knowing they are doing wrong and are more likely to kill someone! Overall Paranoid Schizophrenics can lead good lives but sometimes lack ability to think clearly and or do things in life that they need to do to stay 100% healthy. Little less likely to commit suicide and about the same percentage as the rest of the world killing someone.

∙ 13y agoSchizophrenia is a brain disorder that causes delusions, hallucinations, and paranoia. It often shows up in late teens or early 20s. It often can be controlled by anti-psychotic drugs. While schizophrenia can cause violence against others, the action is often provoked by the delusions or feelings of persecution. If medication is effective, the delusions reduce, and so, the risk to others is reduced.
The pathology involved in a psychopath's world is less understood but it involves core personality traits. Psychopath or what used to be called Anti-social personality disorder has no treatment and no medications change the person's thinking or alter the course of the pathology. The person manipulates, exploits, or violates other people's rights, from minor to major things. Their thinking and behavior puts no one ahead of the person's wishes, whatever those wishes may be at the moment. Persons with antisocial personality disorder are danagerous and will never change. No type of counseling is effective. These people often commit murder or other violence toward people, without regard or remorse.

∙ 5y agoThere is a lot of debate about whether there is a meaningful difference between sociopaths and psychopaths.
The DSM IV (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual used by psychologists) lists both under the heading of Anti-social Personality Disorder, and there are different schools of thought on whether they should be treated as distinct.
Psychopaths and sociopaths both apparently lack a conscience. Both will engage in behavior that harms others with no feeling of guilt or remorse, and rarely consider the risks to others implicit in their actions. They have an intellectual understanding of pro-social emotions, but seem to feel no emotional bonds with others. The result is that they can seem like perfectly decent and reasonable human beings in most situations, but can take bizarrely inappropriate actions to satisfy perceived insults, fantasies, or mere whims.
Those psychologists who make a distinction between the two usually do so on the basis of organization. Sociopaths are seen as disorganized and rash, making extreme responses to normal situations. They lack impulse control. Psychopaths, by contrast, are highly organized, often secretly planning out and fantasizing about their acts in great detail before actually committing them, and sometimes manipulating people around them.

Sociopaths are people who feel no empathy, will crush others to either advance or succeed at their own agenda.
A Psychopath is someone who harbors all of the same characteristics of a sociopath only they will go to great lengths to kill.

Something I noticed is that a psychopath is less good at hiding it, and just doesn’t care what happens to them or others. A sociopath is pretty good at hiding it and cares about what happens to them. They both see themselves as higher than the human race. By the way psychopaths mixed melted cheese and mint gum together in public l, while sociopaths do that in private. A little joke. Acknowledge this, understand it, and move on.
Note: For anyone that does end up reading this, I am not a creditable source. I simply did some Google research and that’s it. This is basic knowledge but you should still do your own research.
