I do not really know the difference between those two , but I sure know that the foam erasers are better ! I do not know about you guys but for me the foam erasers are better !Example:Foam erasers are a new formula that provides great erasing power with minimal pressure. I prefer polyurethane foam and seal the perimeter edges with Great Stuff spray foam or DAP latex spray foams. That way you don't have any heat leaks around the edges of the rigid foam even if the rigid panel is between warped rafters or studs.
