The only difference between these two bikes is wheel size, front disc, rear sprocket size (51 vs 57 for the L model), and spring rates. Everything else-frame, engine, seat, tank, body work, etc. is the same. The KLX and DR-Z are identical except for the color of the plastic.
The Yamaha TTR125 Kawasaki KLX125 Suzuki DRZ125
This is from the BBR Motorsports website. "The DR-Z/KLX125 has slightly more than 7 horsepower stock at the rear wheel on a DynoJet 200."
around 65mph
With stock gearing 50-52 mph.
The CRF 150 will barely edge the DRZ 125 on top speed.
. 850ml withou filter and 950 with oil filter change
No because the RM125 body is way bigger than a DRZ125. A DRZ125 is about the size of an RM85.
difference between as on and as at
Yes and no . The LT185 cylinder will bolt right on to the LT125 and DRZ125 bottom ends. However it will not produce a great deal of power due to the fact that the LT185 piston has a very low dome compared to the LT125 & DRZ125 . This leaves you with a very low compression ratio and a low power output.
The DRZ 125 will barely edge the CRF 100 on top speed.but a klx 100 or kx 100 will beat them bothe
