The difference between the Queen's Jubilee and her Coronation is that the Jubilee is celebrating a special anniversary of an event or a reign, and the Coronation is celebrating when the Queen first started her reign.

Kings and queens reign from their coronation until their death, or very rarely their abdication.

Nothing happens on the queens birthday. When the Queen dies there would be a public holiday as it would be a state funeral. I also presume that the coronation for Charles would be a public holiday...
There are no 1953 Jubilee coins. 1953 was the year of the Coronation of Queen Elizabeth II. Her Silver Jubilee was 1977, her Golden Jubilee was 2002.
They are tea sets (a tea pot, teacups and saucers etc.) made for a king/queens coronation. You can also get jubilee or royal wedding ones.
