Yes, you can have a baby, even if you have a Robertsonian Translocation. (I have a Robertsonian Translocation and I have a three-year-old daughter.) There is a lot of genetic information involved, however, so the best thing to do would be to contact a genetic counselor who could advise you and explain your chances.
