What is the difference between bream vs tilapia?

Tilapia is yummy and Brim tastes like bottom of the pond. Tilapia lives in the sea, brim live in ponds and streams. They are also smaller and have a higher bone to meat ratio.

Talapia is the name of around 100 different fish which includes several varieties of bream. Most of the talapia we buy commercially are from fish farms and are specifically fed to effectivly change the flavor of the fish.

Both are rather large fish, but bream has smaller scales and trout is used more often in cooking.
