Actually if you didn't even know that if its windy it's actually better than breezy because if its a really hot day and it goes up to 110 degrees and there is no wind just like 5 mph of wind and you want to cool off of the air. Then if its like 20 mph winds on a scorching hot day it's better... but if its a cool day like 71 degrees its not good! it should just be like 10 mph or 15 mph or it goes down to about 50 degrees in winter and its super windy not even a tiny bit good because you get more cold if its about 60 or 50 degrees.
When it is windy, the air pressure outside the toilet bowl changes, causing the water level inside the bowl to rise or fall. This movement of air pressure creates a difference in pressure between the inside and outside of the bowl, leading to the water moving.
When a window is slightly open on a windy day, the airflow passing through the small gap can create a pressure difference between the inside and outside of the room. This pressure difference can cause air to be forced through the gap at a high speed, creating a whistling sound. The size and shape of the gap can also contribute to the specific pitch or tone of the whistle.
