We looked at one this weekend that was 16 feet long and weighed 3250 lbs. Too much for our tow-package included town and country when we add ourselves and any packing. Hope this helps!
the curb weight is 3737 pounds
I own a 2003 Tahoe 2wd v8 without the tow package and I towed about 13,000 dry weight between my tandem axle trailer and a 1972 truck on it and it pulled just fine. Although I would recommend installing heavy duty shocks cause my hitch was only 6" off the ground fully loaded and that's with the '72 on the trailer backwards.
