I think Korean is easiest language to learn because the letter is systematic and and easy. But the pronunciation and adjective system is little bit hard. And Korean doesn't have female nouns or male nouns.

Japanese is easy to pronounce, but has a difficult grammar system, and a difficult cultural honorific system.

Mandarin has relatatively easy grammar, but is difficult to pronounce and write.

In addition, Japanese has two separate phonetic alphabets which must be used in conjunction with kanji characters from China, all of which have multiple readings, dependent on what other characters they're paired with, some of which are one-off readings that have no standard for reading other than having to memorize that particular context.
