Well there are many ways to put eyeliner on... One way (the way I do it) is pull the outside of your eye a little and then take the pencils and do little strokes or one line whichever you prefer...then try blending it with a qtip for a perfect line

∙ 13y agoThere are a few different ways you can apply eye pencil.
- In the waterline (the rim of your eye in your bottom lid)
- The lower lashline
- The upper lashline
- Upper waterline/tightlining (Can be tricky so look for YouTube tutorials on how to do it)
- Inner corner
* Be careful applying eyeliner in the waterline while wearing contact lenses*

Finally, you can blend out the pencil for a smudgy effect (most effective on lower lashline) and experiment with different colours and techniques. Practice makes perfect.

∙ 11y agoIf you're pretty experienced with eyeliner, simply close your eyes to draw the line. If you're starting out, you may want to put your finger on your lashes so you can gently hold your eyelid down. Either way, hold your eyelid steady and smooth so you don't mess up and draw a line (as thick or thin as you want) as close to your lashes as possibly. Tip: if you only want a little bit of emphasis on your eyes, draw literally ON your lashline, and it will only show mildly. Good luck!

How can you make your eyes bigger with eyeliner and how do you apply it?
Well eyeliner in general is used to make your eyes bigger and to stand out, so if you just apply it the old-fashioned way, it is bound to make your eyes pop.
