Effective range is about 25m
With familiarity and training, the effective range for a .45 handgun could be 75 yards, or greater for a man-sized target. Typically, pistol shooting ranges have targets set at 5, 7, 10, 14 and 25 yards.
It should be marked as to caliber on the barrel.
depends what model but, glock 17 (standard size) would have a effective range of roughly 60 metres

The maximum effective range of a .45 caliber bullet is approximately 120 meters.
There are a number of DIFFERENT .32 caliber cartridges- perhaps the most common auto pistol .32 is the .32 ACP, the most common revolver would be a .32 S&W. Both are lower power cartridges. Depending on the handgun, about 25 meters would be the maximum EFFECTIVE range.
50-60 meters
The .22 LR is effective to 150 yd (140 m), though practical ranges tend to be less. After 150 yd, the ballistics of the round are such that it will be difficult to compensate for the large "drop".
