Uh...yeah. As awesome as it sounds, this isn't really what happens.
The manga is still releasing chapters, so the end is unsure. Going by what's out there already, Mikan almost leaves the Academy, Ruka gives up in his attempt for Mikan, and her and Natsume finally tell each other their feelings. Mikan also finds out about her father and mother, and it turns out that Mikan's dad was killed by Persona, and Natsume and Mikan's mother knew each other...
