The Datsun 280z never had a 3200 engine. I don't think Nissan ever has had a 3200 engine. Maybe in one of the newer maxima's or something. The closet thing would be a 3000 engine from a 300zx but it did not come stock that way. Someone would have motor swap it. It came with a 2800 motor
you can't calculate the HP of a car by CC's. there's too many factors. you can always run it on a dynomo.

for really nice one $2500 for GXE - $3000+ for an SEedmunds lists them under $1000 if they're junkers, but I wouldn't bother buying someone else's throw away that has problems. There are plenty of nice 94s out there.
I no longer own my 1996 maxima but remember removing the plate on the manifold first. I believe it has a 3000 on it. There are 6 or 8 small Allen wrench bolts on the edges. Take that off and you should be able to see the plug cords. Be careful and pull at the plug not on the cord of the spark plug wire. You might separate the wire from the boot(the thick rubber piece directly on the spark plug) and then have to buy those too.
The fron three are located under the plate that says Nissan, 3000, etc.... then there are tree ignition coils with 2 screws on each, with those remove you will reveal the spark plugs, they are down about 12-16 in. Then for the other three look futher back for the same type of ignition coils when located reove the and repeat the cycle.
Indeed, cylinder #4 is located in the middle closest to the radiator when facing the engine, logically the coil is located in the same spot. You will have to remove the cover to have access to the coil, you should also replace all the spark plugs once your at it if you haven't done so. I don't know why Nissan doesn't recall this problem since it is very common an all V6 3000 engines, specially on the 2000 models. I had to replace cylinder coil #5 on my maxima.
An engine that vibrates at 3000 RPM has an issue with balance. The harmonic balancer or the crankshaft can become out of alignment.
