A lot of people may think the answer is Joey, but Joey put the turkey on his head to scare Chandler. Monica, however, puts a turkey on her head to make Chandler laugh because he is mad at her.

∙ 14y agoMonica puts the turkey on her head in the episode that they were all remembering past Thanksgivings. It's in season 5...in a past Thanksgiving, Chandler called Monica fat, and to get her revenge on him, she lost a lot of weight and became skinny- then she wanted to seduce him to embarrass him, but she dropped a knife on his toe and he lost the tip. So she put a turkey on her head, and huge sunglasses and started dancing around to make him laugh, and then he told her he loved her for the first time.
