'Motive' is the key!

A strong motive will overcome all obstacles and potential discouragements.

Motive is more important than teacher or opportunity.

With strong motive a learner will make opportunities to learn, will have a strict regime, will work hard, will practice often, will broaden their English language horizons, will use it on every possible occasion, will make good progress, which, in turn will give greater confidence, and enable the learner to fly and soar like an eagle with their new language skills!
