All of the words for "the fear of X" are essentially made up, so if you can't easily find the word for some bizarre phobia you've just imagined, feel free to make up your own. Bonus points for using roots that seem Latinoid or Greekesque.
I don't know anyone who's actually "afraid of MRI". I know people who are uncomfortable about having an MRI scan done, but it's generally due to claustrophobia more than anything else. The bore of an MRI magnet is a pretty confined place, so I'm quite impressed by the couple who managed to have intercourse inside one so that it could be imaged ... yes, this actually happened.
