Since Zeus is a god to people in some religions, it could be called a fear of religion - Theophobia.
You could probably use Hellenologophobia as well - the fear of Greek terms.
Finally...and most obviously...Zeusophobia. Fear of god/gods.

Poseidon does not fear Zeus, he respects his older brother because he is the king of the gods in Greek Mythology (Zeus is Jupiter, Poseidon is Uranus in Roman mythology).
