Since Zeus is a god to people in some religions, it could be called a fear of religion - Theophobia.
You could probably use Hellenologophobia as well - the fear of Greek terms.
Finally...and most obviously...Zeusophobia. Fear of god/gods.

Poseidon does not fear Zeus, he respects his older brother because he is the king of the gods in Greek Mythology (Zeus is Jupiter, Poseidon is Uranus in Roman mythology).

Zeus doesn't fear anyone because he is the king of the God's but he does fear that maybe one day his children would kill him like he did his father
One quotation from The Odyssey that illustrates the fact that the Cyclops shows no fear of Zeus is when he says, “We Cyclopes care not a jot for Zeus or all the gods; we have more force by far." This demonstrates the Cyclops' arrogance and lack of fear towards the gods.

The protective shield carried by Zeus was called the Aegis. It was usually depicted as a goat-skin shield that had the head of a Gorgon (such as Medusa) on it, with snakes for hair. It was said to inspire fear and awe in those who saw it.
