As he said there isn't really a defined term for the opposite of Philophobia, however a lot of people refer to it as Anti-Philophobia or Unphilophobia.

It would be interesting to know why you ask? As I understand it Narcissism is not so much a fear of weakness as a fear of being loved for being ones self. If this true self is more gentle and passive than the unrealistic expectations being put on the developing narcissist this could certainly be the case.
