The fact is no one knows. There are theories, but most of these focus on ancient hypothetical developed languages. Odds are the first language was a complex form of grunts, pops, hisses, whistles, hums, and moans. Essentially the forty or so basic sounds the human speech anatomy can make. Take into account that most language relies heavily on facial expression and body movement and posture, and it's likely that the first language was nonverbal.

It is difficult to determine the "first" language in the world as languages have evolved over time and different languages have emerged in different regions. However, some of the oldest known languages include Sumerian, Egyptian, and Sanskrit.

Everyone wants their language to be the first ever spoken, but the truth is, that spoken language has probably existed for more than a million years. Other species of Humans, in addition to Homo Sapiens, probably used language.

The truth is, that no one knows who or why the first language emerged, though there are multiple theories.

There is also a theoretical first language, called Proto-Human or Proto-World, which is the most recent ancestor of all spoken languages today. Proto-World is theorized to have existed as far back as 200,000 years. But Even Proto-World does not claim to be the first language ever spoken.

Some languages frequently get credited as the first language, such as Arabic, Hebrew, Tamil, and Chinese, but these views are largely religious and cultural.
