Trouble code P0452 means: Evaporative Emission System Pressure Sensor/Switch Low Input Change out the sensor at that will fix your problem
disconnect battery for ten minutes then reconnect battery. this should cancel code if problem that caused code has been fixed
You cannot enter the radio code on a 2005 KIA Sportage if the screen is blank. You have to fix the screen. How do you fix the screen?
Possible causes are: Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor harness wiring is disconnected or shorted out. The Sensor may also be defective.
and how to fix it?
P0452 is fuel tank pressure sensor circuit fault. I have never heard of a P0440, but 400 series codes are in the emmissions, i.e., EGR and Evap system. I would try to fix the 452 and see if the 440 goes away with it.
Code P0452 means "EVAP pressure sensor signal low" I'm a licensed mechanic currently on the hunt to fix this problem on a Rodeo I'm working on. I'll keep you posted if I figure the problem out. Currently I'm looking at replacing the PCM as my current tests have narrowed it down to that or faulty wiring between the fuel tank and the PCM.
it depends if it is a metal line or rubber lines , if it is at a fitting or at the master cylinder or abs i can help you find these if you cant locate the leak
By taking it to a professional who has the skill and the proper tools to accomplish this repair and to fix the leak. It is illegal to add refrigerant to any system without first repairing the leak.
The Fuel Temp sensor is located in the gas tank and connects to the fuel pump. There is an access door in the front of the trunk area. Then you can remove (6) screws, two plug ins, a 10 mm screw, and a hose clamp on the fuel hoses. This is a very simple fix that Kia wanted 175.00 to fix.
