Your Check engine light stays on everything seems to be fine these are the codes that show up code P0440 and code P0452 can you tell you what they are related to?
P0452 is fuel tank pressure sensor circuit fault. I have never heard of a P0440, but 400 series codes are in the emmissions, i.e., EGR and Evap system. I would try to fix the 452 and see if the 440 goes away with it.
