For non-relativistic speeds (much lower than the speed of light), the formula is:
KE = 1/2 m v2. That is, 1/2 times the mass times the speed squared.
KE = (1/2) mv2, that is, 1/2 times the mass times the speed squared. For very high(relativistic) speeds, a more complicated formula is used.
i think it is nucler enegry A limiting factor for using nuclear enegry is the what it produces is enegry transformation.
Electrical enegry or elecrical engry.
is Kenetic Energy
Only if it is moving.

Any object which is moving from a lower level to a higher level is converting kenetic energy (ie climbing a set of stairs for example) to potential energy. A car which has been parked at the top of a hill has used kenetic enegry to get up there and has potential to roll down to the bottom of the hill if the brake is released.
lighting is enegry do to it bolt.
They get enegry by giant clouds of dust called nebulae.
