You can look for many different things. It will show fluid collection in the belly, collapsed lungs, broken bones, internal bleeding, bleeding in the brain, tumors, blood clots in special cases, and many other things the list is pretty long. The only things it won't show or has a hard time showing is spinal cord injuries, a stroke in some cases depending on how much time has elapsed, and tendons.
