If you have a gameshark then yes there is....honestly I've never heard of a "power cave" but I seriously doubt it
I was never able to go to Mirage Island by catching a Pokémon, but I used a Gameshark code.
to be able to steal another trainer's Pokemon, you must enter this code into the gameshark: 0D22B65E Whatever you do NEVER put it on before the Pokemon you want shows up!!! (unless you are a glitch hunter, All it does is make the oppenent trainer the "Pokemon" and no matter what you do, it always goes to the last place you saved)
It is impossible to make a Pokemon know more that 4 moves in Pokemon Emerald and any Pokemon game. It is hard coded into the games for a Pokemon to never know more than 4 moves. While a Pokemon can learn more than 4 moves it can only know 4 at a time.
it improves the power of ice type moves
Almost all legendary PokeMon's attack but not all legendary PokeMon.
No Pokemon card is invincible. It may have high stats and powerful moves and defense, but is never invincible.
I have an action replay, but I've never come across a code like that.
I'm not really sure about this. Maybe you can use GameShark. It's the best recommended game hacker. I have NO idea how to use it, so here's an example. It might be the wrong way though. Let's say you have GameShark. Your playing Pokemon Platinum and you're confronting a lvl 100 Giratina. You go and get ur GameShark and use it on your DS. Then, as you use it, you program it to make normal Pokeballs never fail at catching Pokemon. People also talk about catching a Mewtwo in a normal Pokeball. I know a different Pokeball that you probably know about, the Masterball. Only one per game. There's a hack to get multiple groups of 99 Masterballs in ur bag, but I don't know it. It's for GameShark, so you can search on the web. Hope you figure out all this confusing information!
Once your Pokemon learns 4 moves when it tries to learn a new move you must delete a universe they usually teach you moves that used to be TM's in the past such as Mimic. Talk to a move tutor and then allow your Pokemon to learn the move they tell you about you can also visit a super move tutor which can teach Pokemon moves they previously tried to learn and even some they never tried to learn for example Charatard
You should never need a Gameshark to beat a game. A Gameshark is made for messing around in games, though you need to be careful with codes - there are codes that can mess up or even break your game.
I did that, and many other gameshark cheats too, and i never had a problem. So i wouldn't worry. But who knows, maybe i got lucky? But if i had to answer, i would say no.
