Below are the various engines to choose from and the gas mileage. 5.4L Triton V8 (Gas) - - - 18mpg highway / 15mpg city 6.8L Triton V10 (Gas) - - - 16mpg highway / 12mpg city 7.3L Powerstroke V8 (Diesel) - - - 20mpg highway / 15mpg city
