The highest movie rating out there is NC-17. Which has a higher status than Rated R movies. If a movie is Rated NC-17, it means that no children under 17, no matter what the circumstances, are not allowed to watch the movie because it is stating that it is more for the adult audience.
Official movie ratings are currently:
* G * PG * PG-13 * R * NC-17 Notice that X and XXX are not included.
These ratings were originally a joke between directors of films with either pornographic or artistic nudity, because they were angry that viewers could not distinguish the difference between the two types of nudity. These "pretend ratings" were eventually picked up and used to rate some films in stores today. So, the worst "official" rating currently available would be "NC-17", while the worst "overall" rating would be XXX.
The lowest rated movie on IMDb is "Titanic: The Legend Goes On..." rated at a 1.4, this movie is an animated retelling of the Titanic disaster.
X, which is always used for adult/pornographic movies. The highest rating I have ever seen for a theatrical film is NC-17.

Show it to a test audience, and record their responses during the show and their answers to questions about it afterward.
Of course not. If it was the worst written, worst acted, worst directed etc etc, it wouldn't have lasted as long as it had.There has been many shows that have fared far worse than iCarley.
big time rush is the worst tv show ever
