I think Saudi Arabia is not all for reducing carbon dioxide emissions and preventing Global warming as it's main export is oil. If the whole world cut down on its use of energy, resources and oil, Saudi Arabia is likely to see a huge collapse in their economy and a lowering of it's people's standard of living as producing oil accounts for a lot of the population's jobs. Less oil production, less workers needed, the poorer the people become.
