== == * It depends on your height. I am 26, 5'4, and weigh 110. I am on the bottom of the scale for healthy weight but I come from a very thin family The taller you are the more you should weigh. The bigger boned you are the more you should weigh. I think if you are small boned and tall you should weigh at least 120. If you are short 115. If you are big boned and tall you should probably weigh at least 145 or 135 if you are short. If you were looking for the average weight that most 26 year olds are instead of what they should be I would say 150 but your guess is as good as mine. You should stick with what weight looks best on you. * There is no 'average' weight for a 26-year-old woman, or a woman of any age. Weight is determined by height and body composition rather than age. However, what counts more than your body weight is your percentage of body fat. For each inch above the average, add about 5-7 lbs for a ballpark average. * There is no average weight for a 26-year-old man. Weight is determined by height and body composition rather than age.
