The formula is:
U = cNT ,where
- U - the internal energy
- c - heat capacity of the gas
- N - number of moles
- T - absolute temperature
So, U = 29,124 x 7 x 313 = 63 810,7 J.

When a gas turns into a liquid, the gas cools and then loses energy. This is the process known as condensation.
all gas has energy. all matter has energy in fact without energy nothing could happen everything would be in frozen animation. everything has either potential or kinetic energy
The process of changing liquid water into a gas is called evaporation. Energy is added to the liquid water - generally in the form of heat. When enough energy is added, it allows the most energetic molecules at the surface of the liquid to break free of the liquid and enter the gas phase. The more energy that is added, the more water molecules will have enough energy to move into the gas phase. If enough energy is added, all the molecules will leave the liquid and from then on adding energy will just make the gas warmer. Another way to change liquid water into gas is to drop the pressure above the liquid. In this case, it takes less energy for the molecules in the liquid to get away from the liquid so some of them will already be energetic enough to get away. Any mass of liquid water will have a range of energies for the molecules, some will be low energy, others high energy with each collision between the molecules, they either gain or loose energy. If they gain enough energy, they can become energetic enough to escape the liquid as a gas. The higher the pressure, the more energy is required to become a gas. If the liquid water is in contact with some gas - air for example. The liquid will evaporate until the gas is saturated with water vapor. At that point the rate of water molecules dropping out of the gas back into the water (because they don't have enough energy to stay in the gas) is equal to the rate of water molecules escaping from the liquid to become gas. This point is also known as "equilibrium".
Gas turns to liquid when energy is lost. The density of a gas is much less that the density of a liquid. Thus, when energy is lost and the particles of the gas are able to condense, it becomes a liquid.
Randomly moving particles in a gas are experiencing kinetic energy. The kinetic energy of individual atoms, when they are randomly moving in their equilibrium position, is an example of disordered energy. Hope that hlps. :)Also average kinetic energy is also know as TEMPERATURE or thermal energy :)
The one and only macroscopic thermodynamic property that the internal energy of an ideal gas depends on is its temperature.
The internal energy of the ideal gas is a function of temperature alone. This isJoule's Law.
Try this for a short, simple, beautiful, and correct answer: The internal energy increases because in order to compress the gas, you had to squeeze it, i.e. you had to apply force to the boundary of the container and force the gas to become smaller. Since you applied force and moved it through a distance, work (energy) was done. That energy was added to the internal energy of the gas. Since the gas isn't in motion ... at least macroscopically ... the increase in internal energy shows up as an increase in temperature.

because in adiabatic process heat absorbed is zero. and the work is done by internal energy. so internal energy decreases.we know that temperature is directly related with internal energy
it increases
Potential energy and internal energy are different things and unrelated - except when a process converts one to the other. In most processes involving gases, the density of the gas is so low that changes in potential energy (which depend on total mass times change in height) are not significant in comparison to changes in the internal energy, so we neglect it in out calculations.
Because Cp has two functions:- 1-To change the internal energy dU. 2-To do work dW in expanding the gas. Where as Cv has only one function of changing the internal energy of the gas..by awais

Thermal energy is just heat. To convert it to mechanical energy you need some sort of heat engine, like an internal combustion engine or a gas turbine.
Paraffin oil is a gas at 450 oC.
It gets cooled because the internal energy of the system decreases.
