Overeating and to little exercise. If you eat a lot you will gain weight unless you exercise A LOT. Not like 3 times a week for 1 hour, I mean A LOT! Like 7 times a week. Well back to the topic, it is mainly over eating and eating wrong food.

There has been research to show that obesity may continue from mother to daughter or father to son, but not likely crossing. Another thing that contributes to being overweight is what you eat. If you find a good, healthy diet you should be fine. The last thing that contributes to your weight is lack of exercise. If you exercise then you will slowly burn off your excess fat.
