Currently, Kentucky youngsters can drop out of school at 16 with parental consent. House Bill 189 would raise that to 17 by July 1, 2010, and to 18 effective July 1, 2011.
As of July 2014, the legal age to quit school in the state of Kentucky is 16 years old. A parent must give permission before the child can quit at 16.

State laws may vary, but in Kentucky if you lost or allowed a drivers license from another state to expire, you have to take the written test and the eye exam to get a license in Kentucky. You also have to provide proof of identity, such as your social security card, and have a document from the state where your license was issued. Also, if your Kentucky drivers license expires even for one day, you have to retake the written test again.
I believe that the tests are fairly similar from state to state, however I did find a site that has a "Practice" test for the Kentucky drivers license. I think this site will provide your daughter with a good sample of what she can expect for the written component of her License. http://migration.kentucky.gov/kytc/practicedriversexam/
If your drivers license is revoked in one state, can you get a drivers license in another state?
In my state of Kentucky, no. More than likely your state is the same, but not 100% sure. Ask your state license bureau.
