Kimber 84M Montana 5lbs 2oz or sometimes listed as 5lbs 5oz, with a 22 inch barrel, same as most 'standard' boltguns

Next up would be Weatherby Mark V Ultra Lightweight at 5.75 lbs but sporting a 24 inch barrel

Neither gun is cheap.
Remington offers the Model 700 Alaska Ti and Mountain, which are exceptionally light, and have 22 inch barrels, but still in the 6.5lb range.
Ruger offers it's Model 77 Mark II in an Ultra Light, again, having a nice standard 22 inch barrel. The synthetic is much lighter than the wood stocked version.
Winchester used to offer it's Model 70 featherweight as the same thing, but Winchester is currently extinct, it is supposedly bought by FN, we will see how much they resurrect
Both Remington and Ruger have short barreled models, 18-20 inches, which saves some weight too. For Remington check out the Model 7 CDL, (not 700, just 7) and Ruger has the Model 77 Mark II compact
Some rifles were created for air plane pilots.
They are very light, mostly know as survival rifles, mostly 22 caliber.
This rifle at 16 oz (one pound) is the lightest I know of:

Or for something more ''traditional'' looking at 2.5 pounds:
