What is the mailing value of an Old glory G stamp?
There are three versions of the G Stamp. The For US addresses
only stamp has a face value of 32 cents. The Postcard rate is 20
cents and First Class Presort has a value of 25 cents.

Since the stamp is only 19 years old, there is not much value when it comes to a stamp collector. If it is unused, most would just use it as postage. If it is used, the market value is about $0.05. Even then, there would not be many interested as it is a very common stamp. Just for the record, the stamp is listed in Scott as number 2446 - printed in 1990.
