If by "Job" you mean the primary industries of Nepal they are mostly agriculture and agriculture based. More than 60 percent of the country's total population relies on agriculture for income generation. Needless to say some of the worlds most rare and cancer treating herbs comes from the high altitudes of himalaya of Nepal which also houses the worlds highest peak Mt. Everest.
The other thriving industries are tourism, hydropower exports of handicrafts, carpet, pashmina gems. Most of the business are usually concerning these things. and to add Nepal is also considered as one of the richest countries in terms of Hydropower generation. And yeah due to globalization, other small industries are IT based, manufacturing, banking, trading and the usual "Jobs" that you find in other parts of the world
I hope this answers your question.
