Yes, there is. Type Shift+Ctrl+C. A blue bar should pop up on the top of the screen. If this doesn't happen, you computer simply does not allow it. If it does happen, click it to place your cursor. Type this exactly : "testingcheatsenabled true". Then press enter. Then pause the game play. Right-click the mailbox and select "Make all happy". To keep them up permanently, wait until they fill, and select "Make Motives Static".
The cheat is max motives (without the space).
On sims 2 press ctrl, shift, C at once and then type in maxmotives then click enter. That will make all your motives go up like sleeping eating ect.

You can't max their motives wothout deleting them.
There is a cheat to raise the motives of all sims, including pets. If you know how to control the pets, and you can see my message board if you don't, I have all the cheats I know of, put in that cheat. You then need to open the cheats bar and enter, EXACTLY, maxmotives. That will max everyone's motives including your pets. Hope this helped.
