This means that all objects have force when you push or pull it. For example, there is a rope and two people are having a pulling contest to see who is stronger. The two boys are making force on the rope. A force is simply a push or pull on an object. Every object has force. If you need more information visit www.dictionary.com and type in force.

Exerting a force on an object is essentially pushing or pulling the object. Newton defined a force as F=ma, force is equal to the mass times the acceleration of the objection. A net force is considered to have been applied whenever an unmoving object begins to move or a moving object stops moving. A force is also applied whenever a moving object at a constant speed change it's speed. This is a simplification and can be defined much more rigorously in a physics course.

An object is exerting a force when it pushes or pulls on another object.Objects commonly exert forces when they hit each other, as when a bat hits a ball. They can also exert a force with out touching. This happens when the object has "field" around it. Common fields are magnetic, electric or gravational. The Sun's gravity exerts a force on the earth even tho it is very far away.

Force on an objectWhen one object applies a force to another object, the one guarantee is that there is going to be an equal and opposite force. Research Newton's laws in any encyclopedia for the history of this. Several examples follow.

1. You place a glass on a table and the glass rests on the table. The table is pushing up on the glass just as hard as the glass is pushing down.

2. You push on the back of a car and it accelerates in the same direction as your push very slowly. At the point of contact, where your hands meet the car, the car is pushing back exactly as hard as you are pushing. However the force you are applying is enough to overcome the car's mass and the friction of its wheels to the road and it starts to move.

3. You strike a window with a Baseball bat. Again at the point of contact the glass pushes on the bat as hard as the bat pushes on the window. This time though the glass can't take the extra force from the bat and breaks. The bat slows a little bit because of the glass pushing back momentarily.

Actually, when we say force exerted it is the what we called tension. Tension is the opposite type of compression. But it doesnt mean it redirects the word "force exerted" but the term magnitude of the pulling force exerted by an object.

this often happens on strings, cable, chain etc.

This would be its system of equilibrium:

A system is in equilibrium when the sum of all forces is zero.

What is an force that can cause an object to change its speed and direction.?

A basic physics answer for this is that a net force (or unbalanced force) will cause an object to accelerate, that is, cause the object to change its speed and/or direction.

What is required for a force to work on an object?

The force must cause the object to move.

What is required for a force to do work on an object?

in the same direction as the object's motion.

What force can cause an object at rest to move or it can accelerate an object that is already moving?

Any force.

How can force cause object to move?

well that's easy force is a push or a pull on an object

What will increase accelaration of an object that is pushed by a force?

A net force will cause an acceleration. That is to say, if a net force acts on an object, the object's velocity will change.

What are the three effects of force in full?

1:Force can change the shape of an object2:Force can cause an object that is not moving to start moving 3: Force can cause an object to turn around or spin

Turn!!

Accelerate.

Force

What is a force that cause an object move in circle?

A force that could cause a object to move in a circle would be centripetal force. That is a product of mass and centripetal acceleration. It is quite a bit complicated.
