Depending on what part of the body you are talking about, or around what axis the body part is turning, it could be a few different terms. Probably the two most common are externally rotated or adducted.
eversion
Ectropion is the medical term meaning outward turning of the edge of the eyelid
The medical term for excessive turning is "hyperkinesis." It refers to abnormal or excessive involuntary movements or muscle activity.
Hip abduction is bringing the straightened leg outward.
Levoversion
Levorotation is the act of turning to the left.
The medical term for turning inward of the edge of an eyelid is "entropion." This condition can cause discomfort, irritation, and potential damage to the cornea due to the eyelashes rubbing against it. Treatment may involve surgery to correct the positioning of the eyelid.
internal rotation
Carotinemia. I know it sounds like a joke, but that really is the term.
External version
Ptotic means drooping or turning downward.
Syncope is the medical term meaning fainting.
Anacusis is the medical term meaning complete deafness.
