The legal working age in Saskatchewan is now 15 in some areas of work in all others accept dangerous work there is no minimum the Saskatchewan government has a website that provides the abstract on minimum age for various areas of work http://www.gov.sk.ca/news?newsID=77c1429a-91b9-4107-869e-e504b44aab1e The legislation fact sheet is here please note there is NO minimum age outside of the listed areas

in the five areas listed on the site a person at the age of 15 can work a max of 16hours a week this is to better improve the students focus on there education.

I was wondering that too but everything I have found says that the minimum age to work is 16 no exceptions in Saskatchewan I'm not quite sure though because I have a friend who is 14 and is starting a job stocking shelves at safeway next week
