According to Thomas Hobbes a government is there for one purpose and one purpose only and that is to provide for the will of the people and it is his thought that if a people are not being supported by the government put over them then they should have the right to over through the government. So therefore if a government is put in place to help the people then the people decide that the government is not acting in there best interest and dispose of said government then therefore the government has no power.
