Rabbits are eaten, there's a long tradition of breeding your own rabbits for eating, especially in the Ruhrgebiet. As birds go, geese are often eaten at Christmas or for St. Martin's day and ducks are also usually reserved for some kind of festive occasion.
Ostrich and kangaroo are still considered unusual, but have gained popularity recently.
I think that the least eaten meat is horse. Many people won't eat it, either because they own horses themselves or because it's just not something they are used to. But you can find a horse butcher in most big cities.
