The most powerful force in existence is conciousness. Not only can nothing else be proven, but ones own mind controls reality thus controlling everything. This makes it the most powerful froce in existence.

As gravity is the weakest force, cosmic strings are theorized to have unbelieveable energy as they contain pure energy from the birth of the universe & is at least 1000 orders of magnitudes higher than anything we can currently produce.

If we want to be technically correct, we have to say that the question you posted

is not asking what you want to know.

'Power' is the rate at which energy moves or changes from one place or form to

another. The most powerful force would be the one that moves or changes the

largest quantity of energy in the shortest time. That would be gravity ... not

everywhere, but in the specific place where the largest amount of mass happens

to be falling into the most massive black hole right now.

But that's not what you want to know. You want to know what force can create

the strongest push or pull.

Let's look into the nucleus of an atom of helium, where we find two protons.

Each proton has a positive charge of 1.6 x 10-19 coulombs, and they're centered

about 10-15 meters apart. We know that two things with positive charges repel

each other. How much force is trying to drive these two protons apart ?

Force = (1/4 pi ε0) (charge1) (charge2)/(distance)2 = (9 x 109) (1.6 x 10-19)2/(10-15)2

Force = 230.4 newtons. That's almost 52 pounds ! Pushing the two protons

in the nucleus of one atom apart !

The atom does not fly to pieces, because of the force called the Strong Nuclear Force

that holds it together.

There's no simple formula to calculate its strength. But if every proton in the

nucleus of every atom is pushing every other proton in the same nucleus away

from it with 52 pounds of force, and the strong nuclear force is what holds atoms

together, then it seems to me that the strong nuclear force is the "most powerful

force in the entire universe" that you're looking for.
