I believe that the substance known as botulinum is one of, if not the deadliest toxin known. Wiki has its own page describing this toxin.

∙ 12y agoThere are lots of criteria for determining what "most deadly" mean, as mortality speed, chance of recovery, lethal substance amount, how quickly it spreads, etc. are all considerations. Some of the most lethal substances I've heard of would be VX nerve agent and phosgene gas, although there are many other lethal chemicals out there.

By introducing a small amount of silicon into an alloy of aluminum, magnesium and boron, they created a material slightly harder than cubic boron-nitride, the material now ranked second. But the Ames researchers hope that experiments with other additives will make it even harder.
