When you go into the Jubilife City tv station go upstairs where there is a man and a woman standing next to each other. Go up to the man and select the words "everyone" and "happy" and then "wi-fi" and "connection". He will tell you that he will arrange for you to get the mystery gift. It will be on the screen when you go to start your game.
