There's no specific name for bikes for disabled people, if nothing else different disabilities would need different different kinds of adaptations to make it possible for them to ride. Foot/ lower leg amputees can ride bikes with very little changes. Hand/arm amputees require a bit more to get brakes/shifters to work.
Then there are the different versions of trikes which would be useful if you have problems balancing. These can be both uprights and recumbents(=seated)
But able-bodied people ride those too, for various reasons, so they're not considered as bikes for disabled.
Buses and taxis. Disabled if they have registered. Bikes and alternative fuel vehicles.
