There really is no different name for leaders of different levels of Girl Scouts, they're all just called "Leaders".

In addition:

In many countries, the Brownie Girl Guide troop leader is called "Brown Owl" after the Wise Old Owl in "The Brownie Story" who helped the girl find the brownie (herself).

Girl Guide leaders are also called "Guiders".

In the BSA, they're called by what ever title they hold, Scoutmaster, Cubmaster, Commissioner, etc... They can hold any adult leader position in the BSA. Some troops or packs use first names and others use Ms. or Mrs., the same as male leaders are called Mr. in their respective units. The only accommodations made for female leaders is in physical arrangements such as shower and bathroom facilities or where they sleep. They follow the same rules regarding Youth Protection as male leaders.

Should you capitalize girl scout if you are referring to someone as being a girl scout?

Yes, and so should "Girl Scout". In addition: Girl Scout Brownie is a proper noun because it names a specific level of Girl Scouting, so yes, Brownie should be capitalized whenever referring to a Girl Scout Brownie. Note: GSUSA changed the level names so that "Girl Scout" always comes first, so "Girl Scout Brownie" is the correct usage.

It depends on where you are located. GSUSA troops are required to have at least two, unrelated adults at every event or activity where the girls are present. Some councils may define this as having to be a co-leader or an assistant leader, so check with your local Girl Scout council.
